Raffle Rules
1. Players must reside in Ontario and be 19 years or older.
2. Tickets will be advertised online, but sold as in-person ticket sales.
3. Tickets will be sold at a rate of:
1 ticket for $5.00
5 tickets for $20.00
15 tickets for $50.00
4. Ticket sales will end on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 at 11:59PM. The draw will take place in-person at the Downtown Georgetown Farmers’ Market at The Ironwood Project booth, near The Ironwood Project business location at 83 Mills Street, Suite 201, Georgetown, Ontario on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 at approximately Noon.
5. The winner will receive a prize pack worth $650 (plus tax) of a cooler and assorted alcohol.
6. All tickets will be physical tickets.
7. The winner will be determined by a random draw.
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 6 months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
9. Ticket sales will begin on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026.
10. By purchasing a ticket you consent to allow The Ironwood Project to use your name, image and winning numbers, published without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
11. The Ironwood Project board members and their immediate family, living the same residence are not eligible to purchase tickets in The Ironwood Project lottery.
